Additional Details

Our October Umrah package from Toronto is a guided group trip in one of the quieter months of the Umrah season, when the Haram is less crowded. It includes return economy flights from Toronto, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, all ground transfers in Saudi Arabia, visa processing, a guided ziyarah programme and a free half-day excursion to Taif. A scholar travels with the group and holds a nightly halaqah, and we run a pre-departure seminar before you fly.

How much is the October Umrah package from Toronto?

Prices start from $3,200 CAD per person with four sharing a room; triple and double rooms are available at the prices shown above. Travel and medical insurance, meals not listed in the itinerary, Qurbani, personal expenses and excess baggage are not included.

Does the package include flights, visa and meals?

Flights and visa processing are included: return economy flights from Toronto, and our team handles your visa application. Meals not listed in the itinerary aren’t included, so ask us which meals are covered on your dates.

Is October a good time for Umrah?

October is one of the calmer times of year for Umrah, with smaller crowds than the winter holidays or Ramadan. It is cooler than the summer months but still hot in Makkah and Madinah during the day, so light, breathable clothing and plenty of water are a must. The included day trip to Taif, a mountain city above Makkah, is a welcome break from the heat. Our guide to the best time for Umrah compares the weather and crowds in every month.

What do I need before I travel?

Canadian citizens can use Saudi Arabia’s tourist eVisa for Umrah, and visa processing is included in this package. You’ll also need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date and the vaccination certificates Saudi Arabia requires; our Saudi visa guide lists them.
